Hoarding disorders

Hoarding disorders (including compulsive buying and thesaurisation) decrease of self-esteem, increase in anxiety,social isolation and the mental load that lead to burn-outs, with the feeling of drowning in daily life. The problem can seem anchored in your personality but a work on causes, organizing solutions, habits and mental states, considering your own limits, can bring a radical change on the long term, without exhausting yourself.

Disorganization due to a neurodiversity, a chronic or degenerative or a mental health disorder

Chronic or degenerative illnesses, AD(H)D, ASD, depression, anxiety and stress disorders disturb executive functions, working memory and disorientation, including not being able to organize yourself in time and in space, with recurrent procrastination and feeling of exhaustion.A good organization implies finding when-what-where to do, what to prioritise and not being distracted by other things or forgeting your target by using automatisms and an adaptation to the environment reducing the mental, physical or emotional load through personalized technics of change.
