WORKSHOPS: for those with busy lives or living in the coutryside, it is hard (/impossible) to follow workshops on a weekly basis. PSOLANG is also providing intensive workshops.
PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT: psychological help, on a longer timescale, is also possible, for those with busy lives.
"I studied and taught language sciences and languages for many years in different settings. In my personal and professional life, I met many people affected by social impairments who stuggled with the vicious circle of isolation, anxiety, depression and with the difficulty of finding a therapy suiting their temper, schedules, opportunities and expectations. While studying for my second Master in Psychology in Newcastle (UK), I trained in different topics such as CBT - third wave therapies, young people's mental health, social anxiety, neurodiversity and postpartum disorders. I know some of us just need a chance to show themselves without the fear of being rejected or bullied, to meet the people that suit them and share interests with them, to be understood, not forced to fit the norm."
